My DJ career took root in while attending Rutgers in New Brunswick, NJ. After meeting and exchanging musical tastes with a guy from the dorm (now my good friend John P... a lawyer in NYC) we started throwing serious frat & dorm parties. After graduating Rutgers University with a BA in Economics, I got involved in boring day jobs, managing a stress-filled Bally's gym organization, until finally in about 1993 I made the decision to follow my dreams and make a career in music. Since then, I have djayed and emceed at various nightclubs, bars and community events.
Of course I always give props to Izzy (nowadays known as MC "Get Bizzy Izzy") who gave me my 1st nightclub gig at the Ramada in East Brunswick, NJ in the early '90's. There, I would pack the house every Saturday night playing the latest house tracks and keeping the dance floor full.
The one thing you can count on though... when I spin, it's as though I'm on the floor with you. Every weekend, I hit the club scene...not to just hang out, but to dance till the wee hours of the morning. That way, I know what jams make people crazy! Tired of whack dj's playing boring tracks and only what they want to hear? Well then, guess you better put on your best club gear and prepare to sweat!
